• Which image formats are accepted?+

  Stelia accepts JPG, PNG and WEBP files, up to 40 MB per photo, which covers any photo taken with a smartphone or digital camera.

  For best results, use a sharp, well-lit photo taken at eye level, facing a wall or window. Avoid extreme wide-angle shots that distort room proportions. The clearer and more representative your photo, the more accurate the final render will be.

• How long does a generation take?+

  Generating a virtual staging typically takes 30 to 60 seconds depending on server load. The result appears directly in your dashboard as soon as it is ready, without needing to stay on the page.

  You can run several generations simultaneously across different projects to compare styles side by side.

• Will the render change the structure of my room?+

  Stelia preserves 100% of your room's architecture: the position of windows and doors, volumes and proportions remain exactly as in your original photo.

  The AI only acts on surfaces (floor, walls) and decorative elements (furniture, textiles, lighting, décor objects). The result is always coherent with the actual dimensions of your space.

• Are the results realistic?+

  Stelia uses the latest generation AI image models to produce high-resolution, photorealistic renders. The vast majority of generations are immediately usable for a property listing, a client presentation, or to visualise a new decoration.

  Like any generative AI tool, a small proportion of renders may have minor imperfections. In that case, simply re-generate to get a cleaner variation.

• Can I upload a furnished or empty room?+

  Both work perfectly. Stelia is designed to reinterpret an existing furnished room in a new style, but also to stage an empty room from scratch with coherent furniture.

  This is the main use case for real estate home staging: transforming an empty or outdated room into an attractive, well-decorated interior that captures buyers' attention from the very first photo.

• Can I give specific instructions?+

  Yes. A custom instructions field lets you fine-tune the result however you like: preferred colours, a specific furniture style, a request for plants or particular lighting, a brighter or cosier ambiance.

  These instructions are treated as the highest priority by the AI, giving you precise control over the final render beyond the default settings of the chosen style.

• How do I choose the right style for my room?+

  Browse the inspiration gallery to see real renders generated with Stelia. Clicking on an image you like shows you the style and settings used, so you can recreate the same look with your own photo.

  For bright rooms with neutral finishes, Scandinavian, Modern or Japandi styles work great. Moroccan or Bohemian add warmth and colour. Minimalist is ideal for small spaces. Haussmannian or Classic suits period apartments beautifully.

• Can I use Stelia to sell my property?+

• What is a credit and how much does a generation cost?+

  One credit equals one virtual staging generation. Each time you click Generate, one credit is consumed from your monthly quota. The cost per credit decreases as your monthly volume increases.

  For comparison, a physical home stager charges an average of 500 to 2,000 euros per room. With Stelia, you get an equivalent visual result for a few cents, with no travel costs or logistics.

• Is it really free to start?+

  Yes. When you sign up, you receive 2 free generations with no credit card required. This lets you test the results on your own room before committing to anything.

  If you would like to continue, you can choose from our monthly subscription plans with the credit volume that suits your needs, from occasional use to intensive professional use.

• How does billing work?+

  Billing is monthly. You are charged at the start of each cycle and credits are immediately available. Unused credits at the end of the period do not carry over to the next cycle.

  You receive an automatic invoice at each renewal, directly from Stripe, our secure payment provider. You can adjust your credit volume at any time from Settings, Subscription section.

• Can I cancel or change my subscription?+

  Yes, with no commitment or cancellation fee. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from Settings, Subscription section.

  If you cancel, your access remains active until the end of the current period, then your account automatically reverts to the free plan. Everything is managed with a single click from your personal space.
